At Profeta Worldwide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note the following:

·       Item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
·       Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
·       Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
·       Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
